Hey gang,
I was wondering if any of the great video recomendations that I've read in this thread cover single hand spey technique. Or would this likely be somthing that you need to purchase seperately?

Rio,s Modern Speycasting has a good section by Simon Gawesworth on the subject. You may also think about purchasing his book "Single Handed Spey Casting" as well. You can find it on Amazon.

BCBound:
Besides the "Simon" book, there are several video choices. One I
recommend is by Jeff Putnam. Google his name.
Some of these can be bought and some can be viewed on-line by
clicking on the right hand side where it says "TV channels."

I was going to go the single hand spey rout until I discovered it takes a mighty strong right hand to cast that way for very long at all with heavier lines - rods. So I stuck to two hand. But occasionally throw in a one hander with a haul on lighter tackle. Not that its any of my business. But I have watched bot Rio modern spey casting and Jeff's switch casting and both were helpful.
