Guys,
I thought you might enjoy watching this, early season salmon fishing in Scotland.

The weather was a lot nicer than last year Alan. Early March 2010 saw the river almost fully frozen over & 2 feet of snow; your video looked a lot less like a survival exercise - in our photos of last year we are bundled up like the german troops on the retreat from Moscow; thank heaven for the stove in the hut & a good supply of logs.

Last year was a week spent waiting for the "grue" [ice], to leave the river. Beautiful spot and I sure hope to return in the future. Thanks for posting the video.

Nice job on the vids, I also watched the rest of them. Great way to spend my morning on a snow, ice, rainy fing day before work. I thought spring was here !!! :saeek:

What software did you use for the video?
I have been using VideoPad with very limited success. My videos look awful with no exception.:o

I like the jumping salmon at 9:14 to 9:24, thumbing his nose at all the anglers.

Lovely water (and film).
My wife and I had lunch (smokies) at the same hut last May.

The film was shot on my Canon 7D and edited in iMovie 11
