The video reflects James' personality very well. He's a quiet, delightful young man...no wonder he got on so well with those British bluebloods. There is just something genuine about his interests, and of course his talents. He's always been fun to spend time with.

I didnt finish watching it- just didnt do much for me- but I didnt think much about it- wondering why you say its all based on a lie? Or did I just not watch it long enough?

In the very begining he says he lied about reading the Walton book in his application to Yale for a fellowship!
What a beautiful film. Is it possible to get this on a DVD?

I can't imagine anyone not liking/enjoying this film tremendously but yet some didn't.
To me the film comes as close as ever to answering the question - "why do you fish?"

If the consequence of a lie is a film like James Prosek's, let us have a thousand more untruths. Superb from start to finish.

Probably not the first or last fellowship based on bs. Academia seems to have all the same foibles as the rest of the world- maybe more.
