Finally I got the box I have been waiting for from Norway. I cannot put this stuff on my site yett as the CPU is off for maintenance for a week or so. What I got was awesome.

First Arctic Fox like no other you have ever seen. Fine and soft, all of 2" in length and more. Fuschia, Orange, FL Orange, Fiery Brown, Red, Black and Purple for $3.95 a hunk

Real Templedog hair(not finn raccoon which I have also). Medium is $6.50 and 2-3" in length. Large is $8.50 and 3-4" in length. Fiery Brown, Kingfisher, Red, Highlander, Orange, Black, Purple

Silver fox, $4.95 and 4"+. Goes from dye color near the skin to very dark at the tips so each piece is nicely variegated. Orange, Red, Fiery Brown, Purple and Claret.

I tied up some tubes as soon as I got it and in the water the stuff is unreal. The volume increases by about 200% in the water and the movement, especially of the TD, is like no other material you could want in a fly. I am so convinced you will love this stuff that if you buy some, tie some flies and do not love the way they fish in the water I will refund you $$, no questions.

For now to buy some please call or email, the stuff will not be on irishangler.com for a week or so.

I'm 99% sure where you got the materials from and I can only say he delivers some very nice quality materials. And the price is very competitive, especially on the tempeldog. No problem tying the biggest tubes with that material.

The arctic fox, is that body hair? Isn't that a beautiful material? I use it a lot as underwings on my tubes and on single and double hooked hair flies.

I have used the tails but I like the body hair for just the purposes you describe. I build up the wing with one or two colors and then a bit of runner, TD, or Silver Fox and BINGO! In the water the stuff comes alive.

Some of my friends spin it in dubbing loops to build up bodies and that looks great too.

Andf best of all... If you hang on to the underful you preen away you have lovely dubbing for your next bug!
