Batson Rainshadow RX7 13'6" #9

Hey guys
Has anyone got a rod built on IF1369-4 blank? They describe it as skagit type. Almost perfect for summer kings in Alaska but I'm looking for allrounder that would also work with Rio AFS on my local rivers. Any info would be much appreciated.
